Melting

The temperature here is currently 92 degrees. The humidity is 65%. That means it feels like it is 106 degrees outside! It's only May and already, I'm melting!!!!! Thank goodness it was not this hot or humid this weekend when the power was out. I think I will go stick my feet in a bucket of ice....

I feel your pain. I waited in line 20 minutes to pick up Matthew and I was a puddle of sweat by the time he entered the car.

Its only May......

What will August be like?

Yep, it felt like walking into soup this morning at 7 am as we waited for the school bus and later at 4pm it was showing 101 on my car temp reading!

It is too early to be this hot! Can't even imagine if I was pregnant! I would be lying naked on the cold tile floor in my overly air conditioned house for the last few months!

Hang in there!

Girl ... sleeveless shirts, shorts, and flip-flops. That's your summer wardrobe.

Carry a water spritzing bottle everywhere, too!!

Um. . . I'm not coming afterall. I get grouchy in hot, humid climates. Order up some better wheather, would you? (I'm kidding, but not about the grouchy part.)

Hmmmm...pregnant, 101 degrees. Sounds like you need to pay a visit to Cold Stone Creamery. Or is it Marble Slab Creamery out there?

Girl! C'mon up here! I don't think it's hit 75 all day. Really cool for this time of year. My kids have been really disappointed, because we set up the pool, used it one day, and then it got too cold to get in it!

I'll take 92 degrees over the high of 55 that we'll be having today! (Of course, I'm not pregnant, so you might prefer the cool weather!)
